Leonardo Club Eilat Hotel

We had a fantastic week at Leonardo Club! The staff were really good too make our stay nice. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with beautiful views of the garden and pools. The food was delicious and diverse, with plenty of options for everyone. The all-inclusive package included everything we needed. Our children loved the entertaining animations and the special meals for kids. The hotel even provided boxes of food for our excursion. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Leonardo Club for families with kids.

The hotel is situated a short walk to every place we like, for example Harbour Bridge. We used free parking on-site. They offer free Wi-Fiin the rooms, which allows you to work from the property. We do recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Kids Club area had a great range of activities and was comfortable for parents to relax in. The hotel also provided a warm and friendly welcome, with quick and helpful service at the reception desk. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the garden and pools. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meals. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, convenient parking, and even packed us boxes of food for our excursions. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant holiday experience.

I liked the hotel from the first minute to the reception. Russian-speaking manager Peter came out to greet us. It felt like we were very much awaited and we were very happy) And in general, whole staff is something). Above all praise! We visit Israel and Eilat in particular very often. We were in many fives, fours. We've never seen a relationship like this anywhere else. Everybody's smiling! From managers to janitors. Any problem is solved instantly. We didn't like the numbers (we took two adjacent ones per family), because they went north and there was almost no sun. We were immediately offered very sunny rooms with a beautiful view of the whole territory. a general manager named Ziv was showing us the rooms. Beautiful man! I've seen him come up to the people on holiday many times and ask if there are any complaints or suggestions. he came to us almost every day)... we moved into our new rooms, balloons and champagne were waiting for us). almost every day in our room surprises were waiting for us - a lot of chocolate from the children, stunning beauty of the cake, swans on the bed). As for the food, there was a huge choice. All fresh, delicious. We are well aware of kashrut, so the lack of meat for breakfast does not scare us - nothing to replace more than. I didn't go to lunch because I can't eat that much). the children and husband were very happy. dinner was full of wonderful meat and fish. Veal in various forms melts in my mouth. Wonderful desserts. it faced a noisy street and it was impossible to open the window because all the people standing at the stops could see us, lot. It's good coffee. I'd just add freshly squeezed juice for breakfast. At least orange. Since they're a mountain at breakfast, almost no one eats them. Well, putting a self-pressure machine like a lot of other hotels would be great... Israeli white wine, red wine, beer of two kinds on draught, soft drinks, coffee, ice cream in packages - all day from 10 am to late evening. In addition, at the bar near the restaurant, there are always some sweets during the day. Pizza at the pizza bar at certain hours. We didn't try it, because we just didn't have the strength to).

Entertainment was great

Hotel is extremely outdated. The food was not that great. The girls in the kids club where very unfriendly to my daughter. I took her to tveria and stayed at one of your hotels and it was great. This trip around I found myself agrivated at almost everything

The service and staff are amazing, always eager to please. the kids program is superb and the kids playroom with its free activities would keep them busy for hours. the food is overflowing with variety, and the all-inclusive drinks include slushies for kids. If you have kids, they will have a blast at the mini water park and multiple water slides. the evening shows are for the whole family.

The fitness center could use some updating.

Great hotel choice for those travelling with young children. Amazing family-friendly environment with lots of activities for the kids to participate in. the pools and slides were the highlight of the trip for the children. Loved the variety of the food offered and the amazing views from the balcony.

The hotel could improve service wait times for check-in, as well as parking availability. Although it was located a bit far from the beach, it was still a manageable walk.

The food was excellent and diverse, with a lot of different options to choose from. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any needs we had.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. , the pool area was crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the water.

We had a great stay in this hotel! The staff was very great. The hotel had excellent facilities, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed the water slides and the pool. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection.
